Responsible Business Initiative for Justice (RBIJ)

As an Advisor to the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice (RBIJ), I am committed to advancing justice reform by collaborating with global businesses to drive impactful change. RBIJ is an award-winning international nonprofit that partners with companies to champion solutions promoting public safety, equality, and community strength. Our mission focuses on dismantling discriminatory systems that trap vulnerable people in cycles of punishment and poverty.

In my advisory role, I leverage my experience in social justice and advocacy to guide strategic initiatives that amplify the voices of those affected by the criminal legal system. I work closely with the RBIJ team to create programs that not only advocate for fairness and dignity under the law but also promote innovative solutions that deliver justice and strengthen communities.

My Role

As an advisor to RBIJ, I focus on strategic planning, community engagement, and corporate partnerships to ensure that our initiatives are impactful and sustainable. My goal is to help build a justice system that treats everyone with respect, equality, and fairness, driving long-term change within both public and private sectors.
